The concept: grow a moustache (no beards allowed) for the month of November, and use it as an excuse to raise money.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/ca.movember.com\/outcomes\/content\/Movember-Foundation\">Movember Foundation<\/a> aims to raise awareness and money for prostate cancer research as well as general men&#8217;s health issues.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve never let my facial hair grow, except for maybe not shaving for a day or two over a long weekend. I didn&#8217;t have high hopes for an <em>attractive<\/em> moustache, and I was certain I wouldn&#8217;t manage anything quite as bushy as <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nhl.com\/ice\/player.htm?id=8468095\">George Parros<\/a> (NHL player for Anaheim) but I really didn&#8217;t know what to expect.<\/p>\n<p>So far I&#8217;d say it is going ok. Not great nor bad, just ok.
