Above the story about the Rangers run in 1994 was a picture of Rangers fans on a flight to New Jersey to see Game 3. The caption read &#8220;Rangers fans chartered a flight from La Guardia Airport in New York to Newark Liberty International Airport in New Jersey for Game 3&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Just last night we were talking about a trip to New York in the Fall and catch a Rangers game while we are there. I told her that we could go across the river to see a Devils game on the same trip, thus crossing off two more teams to see. Google Maps shows its <a href=\"http:\/\/maps.google.com\/maps?saddr=Madison+Square+Garden,+New+York,+NY,+United+States&#038;daddr=Prudential+Center,+Newark,+NJ,+United+States&#038;hl=en&#038;ll=40.752849,-74.081497&#038;spn=0.079454,0.181618&#038;sll=40.73555,-74.0812&#038;sspn=0.079474,0.181618&#038;geocode=FRLNbQIdZfOW-yExWHlxpJYJog%3BFeeKbQIdcz2U-ynFH7IKeFPCiTFYnfEROu2uNg&#038;oq=Prudential+Center&#038;dirflg=r&#038;ttype=now&#038;noexp=0&#038;noal=0&#038;sort=def&#038;mra=ltm&#038;t=m&#038;z=13&#038;start=0\">26 minutes from Madison Square Garden to Prudential Center<\/a> when taking public transit.
